In the beginning, John did it all. He answered the phones, scheduled moves, drove the truck, wrapped furniture, and carried every box himself. Every satisfied customer, every referral, and every five-star review helped build Knick Knack Movers one move at a time.

The name “Knick Knack Movers” comes from John’s Memaw, who always used the phrase “knick knacks” when talking about the keepsakes that turn a house into a home. To her, they weren’t just belongings, they were memories, family history, and pieces of people’s lives. That philosophy still guides every move we make today.

As a lifelong Montgomery County resident, John built this company to serve the community that raised him. Our team knows the neighborhoods, businesses, and families throughout Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Spring, and the surrounding areas because this is our home too.
